2. Product Information
We strive to provide accurate and up to date product descriptions, images, and details. However, due to the nature of the business model, slight variations in colour, design, or size may occur.
All our dresses are custom made and hand sewn, with embroidery and other details created to the highest standards.
3. Measurements and Customisation
It is essential that all measurements are taken by a professional seamstress to ensure the correct fit. We cannot be held responsible for errors in measurements provided by the customer.
Once you have confirmed your measurements and design choices, both parties (the customer and Pech Bridal) must agree on the final design before the order is placed.
Once the design is approved, we will issue an invoice for the order.
4. Ordering Process
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (including name, shipping address, payment details, and product selections) is correct.
Once your order is placed and the design is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this, please contact us immediately to ensure that your order has been received.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted at AUD currency.
A 50% deposit is required when the order is placed, and the remaining 50% is due when you approve the final product.
All deposits are non refundable. However, in certain exceptional circumstances, a refund may be considered on a case by case basis.
Sales tax may be applied depending on your location.
6. Custom Orders
As our dresses are made to order, please ensure that all sizing and customisation details are correct before confirming your order. We are not responsible for errors in measurements or custom requests once an order is placed.
7. Supplier Process
We source our dresses through reliable suppliers. While we carefully vet our suppliers, please be aware that the shipping and handling times may vary based on the supplier’s location and availability.
Any questions or issues regarding your order will be handled directly through our support team.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and design elements, is the property of Pech Bridal and protected by copyright laws. You may not use any content from this site without prior written permission.
9. Customer Obligations
You are responsible for ensuring that the email address and contact information provided during the purchase process is accurate and up to date.
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful or prohibited activity, including fraud or intellectual property infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
We make every effort to ensure that our products and services are delivered as described. However, in the case of any discrepancies or defects in the product, our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.
