Custom Made Dresses
As each dress is made to order, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for custom wedding dresses. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work together with you to find the best solution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your wedding dress arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately via email with photos of the issue. We will work closely with you to resolve the matter and come up with a solution that works for both of us.
Sizing Issues
If you're unsure about the size of your wedding dress, we recommend checking our measurements and sizing guide before purchasing. Custom made dresses are produced based on the measurements you provide, and once the dress has been created, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues. Please ensure your measurements are accurate.

Exchanges
Since wedding dresses are custom-made, we do not accept exchanges. We recommend carefully selecting the dress and size before purchasing to avoid any issues.
