Let us know:

  • If you're looking for a custom made or tailored piece

Step Two: We’ll Reach Out to Understand Your Vision

Once we receive your enquiry, we’ll email you to discuss your ideas, preferences, sizing, fabrics, and any inspiration you have. This helps us get a clear picture of your vision.

Step Three: Receive an Estimated Quote

Based on your request, we’ll provide an estimated quote.
We’ll also ask for any final clarifications needed, such as measurements or design adjustments.

Step Four: Confirm Your Order & Pay Deposit

Once you’re happy to proceed, we’ll send you:

  • A confirmation email
  • Your invoice
  • Payment details for a 50% deposit

When the deposit is received, your piece moves into production.

Step Five: Production & Approval

Your piece is carefully crafted and made.
Once it’s complete, we’ll send photos of the finished piece for your approval.

Step Six: Final Payment & Shipping Details

After approval, we’ll:

  • Send the final invoice (pay remaining 50%)
  • Collect your shipping address and delivery details

Once payment is complete, your garment will be shipped directly to your doorstep.
