Referral Program Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old and legal residents of any country. Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts or fraudulent entries will result in disqualification.
2. Referral Rewards Criteria
When your customers, friends, or followers use your unique referral code at their initial enquiry, and their dress is successfully made and purchased (paid for), you (the referrer) will receive $50 AUD as a reward. This applies whether you are referring a personal friend, follower, or a customer as a vendor.
To qualify for referral rewards, participants must complete all three of the following steps:
- 2a. Follow Pech Bridal on Instagram or TikTok (@pech.bridal).
- 2b. Share any content (post or video/reel) from our Instagram or TikTok feed to your story, page, or profile — and tag @pech.bridal so we can verify it.
- 2c. A bride must place an order using your referral code at the time of initial enquiry and you will receive $50 AUD per dress purchased.
Additionally, the referred bride will receive 15% off her purchase. This discount must be mentioned at initial enquiry and cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers.
Rewards will be issued within 30 days after the purchase is successful and paid for. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise specified.
3. Prohibited Conduct
Referrals generated through fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical means—including self-referral, spam, or unauthorised advertising—are prohibited.
Participants must not use misleading statements or misrepresent our products or services.
4. Use of Brand Materials
You may use the provided referral links and promotional materials in accordance with any guidelines provided.
Any other use of our brand, logo, or trademarks requires prior written permission.
5. Termination and Modification
Pech Bridal reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms or engages in abusive behaviour.
6. Privacy
By participating, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy link.
7. Limitation of Liability
Pech Bridal is not responsible for any damages arising from participation in the Program.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
