Important Information Regarding Wedding Dress Measurements

Buying a wedding dress online without trying it on first may feel a little daunting, but don't worry, we're here to guide you through it!

PLEASE NOTE:

Professional Measurements Required: We will not accept orders unless the measurements have been professionally taken. It's essential to ensure accuracy for the best fit possible.

Custom Made Dresses: Our dresses are custom made based on the measurements provided. While we strive for the best possible fit, please note that we cannot guarantee a perfect fit. As a result, there is built-in room for alterations to ensure the dress fits you beautifully.

Alterations May Be Needed: Depending on the style and fit of the dress, minor alterations may be needed. During your initial consultation, we’ll discuss whether you prefer a custom fit or would like a few centimetres of ease for future adjustments.

Custom Measurement Template: To help your seamstress capture precise measurements, we provide a detailed custom measurement template. This template outlines all the key areas to measure such as bust, waist, hips, and more ensuring your gown is tailored to your unique fit.

SIZING TIP:

When having your measurements taken by a professional seamstress, make sure they pull the tape measure snugly to your body in the way you would like the dress to fit. This will help ensure the most accurate measurements.

Please be sure to let the professional seamstress know that the measurements are for your wedding dress. If you already have a style in mind, share that information as well, as different styles may require slightly different measurements.
